Hula Hoop

A hula hoop is a large, circular object that is made of plastic or other lightweight materials and is designed for spinning around the waist, hips, or limbs. The activity of using a hula hoop involves rhythmic movement and can be both fun and physically engaging, providing a workout that helps improve coordination, balance, and core strength.

There has been a resurgence in hula hooping in recent years as a form of exercise and artistic expression. Come give this discipline a try while keeping your legs firmly on the ground!

Wearing tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended.

Our classes are open to all levels of experience, beginners included!

Juggling

Juggling is a performance art that involves the manipulation of objects, typically balls, clubs, rings, or other items, in a way that creates a visually engaging display of skill and coordination. The juggler throws and catches these objects in a rhythmic pattern, often alternating between hands and utilizing various techniques to keep multiple items in motion simultaneously.

Juggling requires hand-eye coordination, timing, and practice to master different juggling patterns and tricks. It can also provide physical and mental benefits, including improved concentration, focus, and motor skills.

Any comfortable attire is acceptable.

Our classes are open to all levels of experience, beginners included!
