Aerial Hammock

Aerial hammock is made  of a soft and stretchy fabric that hangs from a single point. It is an excellent starting point for those who want to progress to aerial silks but need to build do not yet have the required strength and aerial awareness. First timers will learn the basics, progressing through climbs, wraps, hangs, and various other positions.  Our coaches offer personalized coaching to help students progress at their own pace. Once you know the basics, it's time to learn more advanced postions, inversions, and work on drops or dynamic skills. 

We recommend wearing comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.

This discipline is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Aerial Silks

Aerial silks are two long pieces of soft and stretchy fabric that hang from a single point. Anyone can try, as we have beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes. First timers will learn the basics of silks, progressing through climbs, wraps, hangs, and various other positions.  Our coaches offer personalized coaching to help students progress at their own pace. Once you know the basics, it's time to learn more advanced postions, inversions, and work on drops or dynamic skills.  Sharpen your skills while you work from a 30' clear ceiling.

 

Although the professionals make this discipline look graceful and easy, silks is one of the most difficult circus apparatuses and will push your cardio, strenth and flexibility to new heights - literally!

 

We recommend comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion. For more advanced students, longer sleeves that reach the elbows and a full length top are preferred.

This class is offered in three levels: absolute beginner, beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Dance Trapeze

Dance Trapeze

Trapeze dance lets you explore the artistic side of a trapeze, while staying close to the ground! In this class we work on a combination of seated, standing, balanced and suspended movements and transitions, enabling students to progress to dynamic movements and inversions. The dance trapeze is suspended from a single anchor point, allowing it to rotate. 

We recommend wearing comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.

 

The trapeze dance is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Hoop

Hoop consists of a suspended metal circle on which a variety of movements are practiced. This discipline will develop your muscular strength, balance, control, flexibility and elegance in the air. Each student will be able to progress at their own pace thanks to an individualized coaching program adapted to their level. Each course will be structured around the students' previously acquired skills, while aiming to achieve new challenges.

Wearing tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Legging-type pants, which cover the back of the knees, are strongly suggested.

This class is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Straps

Straps

Aerial straps are a nylon or cotton apparatus that looks like two ribbons suspended from one point. Students and acrobats wrap their wrists and hands in the loops on the strap ends, then performs lifts, twists, swings and inversions all requiring a high level of strength and conditioning.

 

Classes focus mainly on building strength and conditioning, while moving through a progression of positions, transitions and inversions.

We recommend wearing comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.

This class is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Rope

The aerial rope is in the same family as aerial silks. This apparatus consists of a long rope suspended from an anchor point, where you can perform aerial figures and sequences. You can climb, invert, drop and perform all kinds of dynamic, flexible tricks!

We recommend wearing comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.  For more advanced students, a full length top is recommended.

This discipline is offered in two levels: beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Duo Trapeze

Duo trapeze is a thrilling aerial art that involves two people working together on a trapeze apparatus suspended above the ground. This discipline combines elements of strength, balance, and coordination, as the duo executes a variety of tricks, poses, and routines in mid-air.

 

In duo trapeze, one participant (the flyer) typically performs acrobatic maneuvers while being supported or caught by the other participant (the catcher). The duo relies heavily on trust and communication to synchronize their movements, ensuring safety and precision during their routines.

You are not required to sign up with a partner, but are welcome to bring one if you have one. Wearing tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Legging-type pants, which cover the back of the knees, are strongly suggested.

Our classes are open to all levels of experience, beginners included!

Spin, Swing & Orbit

This class is for students with some aerial experience, either in hoop, dance trapeze, hammock or silks, and who are looking to learn the techniques involved in spinning, swinging and orbiting.

Wearing tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Legging-type pants, which cover the back of the knees, are strongly suggested.

This class is for students that already have a certain experience and are able to climb on their apparatus.​​

Aerial Creation

This class focuses on developing creative sequences and smooth transitions in aerial arts. You'll learn to connect movements with grace and style, enhancing your performance skills. You will be encouraged to use the positions and sequences you have learned in your aerial classes and add some flair and style to them. You may use the apparatus of your choice.

Wearing tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Legging-type pants, which cover the back of the knees, are strongly suggested.

Some experience in aerial arts is recommended to get the most out of this class.

Aerial Conditioning

This class focuses on building overall strength and endurance to support your performance in various circus disciplines. We will use aerial and ground apparatus exercises with a focus on gaining strength and technique to help you better be able to execute an enjoy your aerial classes and training.

We recommend wearing comfortable and fitted clothing that allows a full range of motion.

Classes are designed for students of all levels and are adapted to each student's experience, strength and flexibility.
