Terms & Conditions:

- All memberships are non-refundable once the first class has been used

- Memberships cannot be shared - one person per membership

- All memberships are valid for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase

- Children (5+) are welcome in all classes. Parents & kids classes are limited to children between 5 and 16 and their parents

- Memberships can be paused for a $40 administrative fee

- Unlimited memberships will be automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis

- The penalty for a canceled monthly membership is $240

- All classes must be paid for and booked through the MindBody website or app

- No shows and classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a penalty of $25 for flying trapeze or $15 for aerial arts, pole, and others (your class credit will be returned to your account)
